The Volkl Racetiger SL R FIS is the perfect ski for ambitious U14/U16 athletes and has technologies that are also used in the World Cup. The two-layer Titanal, beech, poplar wood core and ABS side walls give the ski the necessary stability and dynamism so that every athlete can attain their full potential. The Tailored Carbon Tip offers a very precise, direct and reliable shovel response, which helps the athlete to take a shorter and narrower radius to the gate.
The geometry also works in this direction and make it possible to ski a shorter way in front of the gate and thus a tighter and faster turn at every single gate. Two layers of full titanal, the multilayer woodcore a mix of beech- and poplar wood and ABS sidewalls give the ski the necessary stability and dynamism so that every athlete can attain their full potential.
The package is rounded off with a pre-mounted Marker World Cup Interface plate and our factory race tuning for an excellent power transmission and edge grip.

Powered by Titanium: The titanium setup makes the ski agile and dynamic. Especially friends of a hard, fast and aggressive riding style benefit from the quick response of this construction.
Base P-Tex 4504: A sintered, ultra-high molecular polyethylene base with an extremely high density. Besides a great wear resistance and perfect wax absorption the P-Tex 4504 is extremely fast and exclusively used on our top of the line and race models. The material has been upgraded with special additives to make it thermal and electro-conductive and proves its qualities with premium glide and maximum speed in races..
Compared to classic glass constructions the three-dimensional and multiple-folded glass layers in the tip and in the tail area result in an increased edge grip and a more vivid rebound behavior in turns. Tailored Carbon Tips are produced by embroidering the individual carbon fibers onto a carrier material. This allows them to be positioned exactly along the stress lines, opening up completely new possibilities, for performance at the front of the ski, which has a decisive influence on the handling of the ski.
Marker WC Plate: High-speed racing like the pros. Thanks to Piston Control, an integrated hydraulic oil piston, even the smallest bit of energy is converted into speed. Of course the interface is compatible with the Race X-cell and Comp bindings.
