Return & Exchange Policies
We realize not everything is as you expect, and therefore we offer a simple and easy Return Policy for online purchases.
We sincerely hope you are satisfied with your merchandise. If you need to send something back to us, we ask that the item for a refund or exchange is sent to us within 14 days of receipt. After 14 days, merchandise credit can only be issued. After 30 days, a request for a refund or credit will be denied. Freight charges are not refundable. The item must be unused and in it's original package with all it's original content (product info cards, packing, etc). You are responsible for freight back to us and must be prepaid. Of course, all items carry the original manufacturer warranty.
Terms & Conditions:
- No RA is necessary. If you would like to confirm your order is eligible to return, please contact us.
- Products may be returned to Aspen East & Surf the Earth Snowboard for replacement or refund within the specified amount of time from the invoice date.
- Shipping charges are not refundable.
- If you are returning a non-defective product that has been opened, you will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Please keep skis in their shrinkwrap, tags on items, etc. Until you are sure you will keep the product, please do not open or remove any packaging.
- You are responsible for shipping costs of all returns.
- Skis that are mounted prior to shipment to a specified boot sole length will incur a 25% restocking fee if returned.
- Skis that are prepped/ground prior to shipment will incur a 25% restocking fee if returned.
- Boots that have had lifters installed and toe and heel routered prior to shipment are not returnable.
- Special order items may not be returned.
- All refunds for non-defective items exclude shipping and handling charges. Please allow 1-2 weeks for refunds to be processed and credited to your account. In order to receive a refund, your purchase must be returned with shipping pre-paid and insured.
- Do not tape shut, or place labels on boot or bindings boxes, please box them appropriately.
- Do not place clothing items in a box without the plastic bag it arrived in.
- All items must be in "as-new" condition, in original packaging and with all warranty cards, manuals and accessories. The original packing slip must be included on the package. Any discrepancies could result in a delay or partial forfeiture of your refund. There will be a $35.00 re-boxing fee for products not returned in the original manufacturer’s packaging. If part of a product becomes defective, the full product must be returned for credit or replacement unless otherwise directed by Aspen East or Surf the Earth Snowboards.
