The ultimate World Cup racing mitten has arrived! This new mitten has been tested and developed in close cooperation with LEKI athletes in World Cup events. Extensive padding protects the hand during contact with the slalom gates and snow. The fully integrated flexible TPU panel protects the back of the hand and provides the optimal cushioning effect. Extra silicone polygon pads have been added to the fingers. The pads are reinforced externally with a ceramic shell, resulting in a particularly tough outer surface with resistance to abrasions. The combination of a speed panel, silicone pads, and thumb protector together form the Glidezone. This provides the best possible protection for the hands while at the same time allowing the glove to brush past should it accidentally contact the gates, with no loss of speed for the athlete.
